I thought I was having some LNB problems but Richard e-mailed fix and problem fixed This is my 2nd vansat dish previous I had a roof mounted dish with a manual LNB adjustment for 3 years then upgraded to the auto model with both systems I have always found Richard very approachable and willing to fully support his product
