  So, apparently this store isn't owned by Telstra but actually Vita Group (or something similar). This means that when you make an online or telephone order and go to collect your phone instore, they refuse to follow through because they "aren't owned by Telstra". So you must complete the entire order again in person. Infact, they let us know that none of the Telstra stores in the Mackay region are owned by Telstra. After pleading with them just to give us the phone that we ordered, they said that they can't just "give away" phones. After calling Telstra again, the lady on the phone wanted to talk to the instore lady, but the store didn't want to do this and said there was nothing they could do with an online order.
  Not even worth one star. Never going there again and I'll be telling all my friends to do everything online from now on.

  Absolute rubbish. The floor manager is standing in front of me telling me she can't help me. Since the shop is closing they reckon they won't be able to help today. No wonder jobs are going off shore. I informed her that she is available and she said her girls won't be available until after the shop is shut. Strongly recommend looking elsewhere
