    With electrical outages like last night for only a couple of hours, this wireless internet service was down until this morning over 12 hrs. Without 24 hrs of on call back up service, when called on the phone to be redirected, was not able to speak to a Tech, had to leave a message, with the unknown up time, rather annoying, as internet services from other companies was back on within an hour of electrical power back on.

    These guys are pretty damn good. At least you get to talk to a local. With the wireless connection, you can get faster download speeds than you get from the NBN or Telstra (for the same price). Redfox for us was a great option when other providers just couldn't give us what we wanted.
