    We enjoyed our stay here. Great parking - cheap if you want secure. Near to everything. Great units and bathrooms. No real views to speak of but close to all and view is OK. Very near Canelands shops and main town.

    Good location and room was clean and comfortable. Disappointed that the cot we requested was not assembled and that the highchair we had requested and confirmed was not there. The highchair provided had no harness, had stains on the tray and was very wobbly. Phone also didn't work so had to go down to reception to speak to staff.

    We are Oaks loyalty members. Previous visit here was really good, upgraded to 2 bedroom apartment. This visit very poor. Superior studio booked for $250 a night. Found hair on carpet. Couch had huge hole in it and a big split. Not worth anywhere near money.

    Really nice hotel room. Good location, good staff.
    Would be nice if the restaurant was open longer hours during the early week.

    Stayed a couple of weeks ago. Excellent customer service. Rooms very neat and tidy. Room service available. Restaurant attached to premises for Breakfast and Dinner. Reasonably priced. Stay for a night or weekend. Friendly helpful staff to accommodate your needs.
