  I’m from Melbourne and this place has the best burgers in Mackay! I was really bummed leaving behind Grill’d, Metro Burgers and Betty’s but Brodies has made me so happy with their delicious food. Huge burgers, fresh and quality. New owners as of last year and it’s really different now. Breakfast is also delicious! Totally underrated place. :)

  Bought a chicken roll cheesy dog and loaded chips…chicken roll was ok…the state of the cheesy dog was absolutely un appealing the was it was wrapped was poor(photos down below) absolutely not pleaseed with the price for quality…just for show the “cheesy dog” was $9.95…when I first opened it the cheese was all stuck to the wrapper along with the bacon

  Been there few times to give them a chance. Disappointed each time. Go to McDonald's better food there

  I'm a regular at Brodies andergrove, and for good reason. Compared to its competitors in the fast food and takeaway industry, Brodies serves great food at reasonable prices. The only place in Mackay to get a great hotdog, a little messy maybe, but delicious all the same. They always have specials available and their deals are good value. Most importantly, I can see they're always trying to improve customer service; modifying their packaging, finetuning their menu and supporting junior staff. If you haven't visited in a while, I encourage you to give Brodies andergrove another try, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.

  Food was terrible overly cooked microwaved burgers.
  Chips had no salt.
  Brodie's in Townsville used to be amazing before they all shut down tried it in Mackay because we missed it so.
  
  And had a terrible experience
  Not sure if this shop will be open when I visit Mackay next but if it shuts this is probs why.
  That and the staff can't count. Wrongly charged us.
