  Very poor service. Given wrong order. Had to pay for what i didn't order. I have heard of how bad KFC is on orders but this one is worse than them all. Why do they not have a working screen on the drive through so that customers can see what's being put on their order.

  Waited half an hour in drive though to be told they wont accept cash.... I wont be coming back. Ill be going to the caltex for golden fried chicken from now on.

  Ordered from Drive-Through two hours before closing. 25 minute wait on Wicked Wings (but instantly available hot+spicy wings offered instead). Hot & Spicy pieces seemed to have been sitting for a while and not particularly fresh, flavour was acceptable. Fries seemed to be lower grade potato, with lots of eyelet/earthy flavour, also rather soggy. Favourites Box was missing the Slider.

  Dunno why you cant get what you pay for at this place, ordered two large zinger burger packs, both came with half filled chip boxes with cold chips in them then to top it off the burgers had little to no lettuce on them whatsoever....
  
  Is it so hard to sell and make me what you have advertised in the display image you have everywhere, that’s what everyone expects to get, we don’t want anything for free... at all. Just simply make the food as your images display

  This KFC always has slow service. The usual wait is 15-20 minutes. I do not understand how they can consistently be so slow. The franchisee really needs to consider his staffing to accommodate for the volume of customers. Avoid the drive thru if you want a slower service the 20 minutes, the line is often on the road.
