- Leanna Marsh Added November 21, 2023★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Hot Wok has been around for ages and is run by the most wonderful lady in front of house. The food is always good and tastes flavoursome and fresh. The dishes are well prepared and presented in good time. The staff are courteous and efficient. There's a huge variety of dishes on the menu, and the prices are reasonable. The restaurant is busy and can get a bit loud but has a nice atmosphere. Definitely give Hot Wok a go but it's a good idea to make a booking.

- Chop Added November 15, 2023★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆The meals have gotten smaller and smaller and the Sang Choy Bow was tasteless and even worse for sizing, a table spoon of filling in tiniest baby cos lettuce leaf and absolute nothing special about the special fried rice, however, the service and lady serving us was amazing. Pretty certain we will not return.

Price is little bit higher than could be...portions not big either.

- David Bird Added November 03, 2017★ ★ ★ ★ ★On a visit to Mackay we decided to eat at the Hot Wok as it was next door to our Motel, there was 4 of us and we were not disappointed at all, friendly staff excellent service and brilliant meals of good sizes plus the cost was very reasonable, 4 satisfied customers.
