Not once have I been disappointed in either their product or service...which is why I am a repeat customer. They always have a beautiful selection of flowers available and the arrangements they make are very beautiful. Price wise they are probably a bit dearer than other florist options around town but the quality is definitely better in my opinion. They’re customer service is generally much nicer too, compared to other florists in Mackay.

They emailed me to inform me that they will change the company for me. I am so glad that they did and the flowers sent was just as beautiful and delivered on time with no delay. I am impressed with their service and I have trust with them..Not sure what happen during their Val day session which gave them a number of bad reviews. For me it was excellent.
